Product Pricing Information

All the products listed on our online platform already include the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 9%.

 

Minimum Order for Delivery (Prices are Inclusive of Tax)

The minimum order requirement is $50.00 (excluding the delivery fee), with a delivery fee of $10.00 per order per location.

For orders totaling $80.00 and above, a reduced delivery fee of $5.00 will be applied per order per location.

Please note that the mentioned amounts specifically pertain to the delivery charges and apply to each order and delivery location.

 

Where can we deliver to?

We provide delivery services to various locations within Singapore Island, including private estates, HDB (Housing and Development Board) flats, condominiums, offices, and other types of properties or buildings. However, please be aware that delivery to Jurong Island, Tuas South is not available.

 

Delivery Day/Date & Timing

Our delivery services operate from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Same-day delivery is not available.

Deliveries will occur between 6 am and 5 pm, depending on your location and our logistic routing.

*We kindly request that someone be available to receive the goods during the specified delivery time.

 

Placing of Order

To ensure timely delivery, we kindly request that orders be placed at least 2 working days in advance before 12 noon, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

For example:

  • If an order is placed on Monday before 12 noon, the delivery will be scheduled for Wednesday.
  • If an order is placed on Monday after 12 noon, the delivery will be scheduled for Thursday.

Please note that you also have the option to choose a specific delivery date beyond the conditions mentioned above. This can be done on the "Cart" page during the checkout process, allowing you to select a date that best suits your requirements.

 

Pre-Order Product

Items listed under this section will have a lead time of 3-5 working days. If we are unable to deliver them together with your Everyday Box items, we will arrange a special trip to send the item to you when it becomes available.

We request that all payments be made using PayNow.

Once you place an order, you will receive an email containing your order number, such as LES#1001. Please include the order number LES#1001 in the PayNow remarks. This allows us to easily confirm that payment has been made for your specific order.

Upon verifying the receipt of payment, we will promptly arrange for the delivery of your order.

 

How do you know if your order is well received with payment already made?

In the unlikely event of any issues with the payment of your orders, we will proactively reach out to you before the scheduled delivery date to resolve any pending matters. We aim to ensure a smooth and seamless process for you.

If you do not receive any communication, either via email or phone call, from our team, it indicates that there are no issues with your order, and we will proceed with the delivery as planned.

 

Quality Issue

If you encounter any product quality issues, please contact us at sales@loheeseng.com.sg within 12 hours of receiving the product. Include an attached photo or video to help us assess the situation accurately.

Upon receiving your communication, our team will promptly verify the issue and provide you with a response as soon as possible.

 

Refund

Please be aware that in the event a refund is necessary, it will take approximately 3-5 working days for the refunded amount to be processed and credited back to your account. We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during this time.
